We’ve been in business for over 20 years as the largest privately-owned rental business in Curry and Roosevelt County. Here’s a brief timeline of some important milestones in our history as a company:
- 1985 – Combs bought and remodeled our first rental investment in Portales . Sometime after that, we started doing the same in Clovis.
- 1999 – Started building homes for sale.
- 2000 & 2001 – We built our first set of brand new apartments for rentals.
- 2006 – We built Foxtrail subdivision, 56 units of luxury Duplexes/Townhomes in Portales. We started building the now 10, 30 unit apartment buildings on MLK in Clovis.
- 2008 – We developed the Territorial Estates and started listing homes for sale.
- 2013 – We finished the 60 home Territorial Estates Subdivision.
